I am a full spectrum doula, educator, and caregiver! My passion came from very own at home unmedicated birth of my son with the assistance of my husband, daughter, and doula. I want to be able provide the same memorable experiences that I had, if not more, to other families. I full on believe that you deserve to have your birth they way that you want to. Giving birth does not have to be a traumatic experience and can happen on your terms. I want to help birthing persons to understand how to trust their bodies and realize that they are in control. Whether you are new to parenthood our growing your family, I embrace having your family feel confident and empowered along the journey.

To help parents feel confident and ready to bring home baby we offer classes- infant safety/CPR, newborn care, and breastfeeding basics. We offer consults, virtual support, and premium in-home postpartum care for daytime & overnights.

As massage therapist, certified birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and breastfeeding counselor, Emmy’s knowledge of the human body and the physiological design is extensive. She prides herself on always being an advocate for the underdog, and she continues to use her voice for pregnant and laboring mothers all over the world. She has been featured on national TV shows, podcasts, and national radio sharing her wisdom and education in hopes to stop medical bullying and help couples learn how to be an active participant in their own birth experience.

She is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care, and ensuring my clients are equipped to make informed decisions about their birth. She believe that all birthing families are unique, and their births are no different. She hopes to help her clients feel confident and supported in their birth journey, whatever that may look like.
